For over 20 years, I have been helping people lose weight, get healthy, and improve their self-confidence. I got my Personal Training certificate from Mount Royal University and went on to become a Master Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in weight loss, fitness, health, exercise, diet, nutrition, self-help, relationship building, and more!
After working directly with clients in Calgary and learning from their struggles and success, I created Get RIPPED! With the help of an exercise physiologist and physiotherapist. This is a five-phase, no-nonsense full body workout system designed to help people of any fitness level shed unwanted pounds in just weeks. The Get RIPPED! series enables individuals to burn up to three times more calories than traditional weight-training programs and has received rave reviews from fitness critics throughout North America.
